For the first time in Eastbourne at Yoga-Life Studio, the Soul of Yoga Workshop is focused on awakening the Spirit through the practice of Yoga, bringing self-awareness and spiritual depth into the asana practice.

Designed for complete beginners and experienced yogis. We are going to have an inspiring lecture on the Essentials of Yoga, a two-hour practice of Traditional Hatha Yoga and a powerful 50 min Yoga Nidra.
