We had a wonderful week at Carte Blanche Yoga Retreat from oct 10 to 17 with my friend and Yoga teacher Louise Cameron. She was perfect in organizing and hosting such a nice experience for everyone. We had six beautiful days of classes and lectures.

This was a lecture on the Human Experience and the Energetic Body.

The most important thing is that everybody went back home with at least a small seed of how far and deep we are able to go through the devotion of this Ancient School.
